Carter predicts unfair vote in Florida
Former US president and veteran elections monitor Jimmy Carter has said he foresees a repetition of some of the problems that plagued the 2000 US presidential elections. Basic requirements for a fair vote are missing in Florida, he said in Monday's Washington Post.
