Iraq has become bloody mess
Why Are We In Iraq? (And Liberia? And Afghanistan?)
From Swagger to Stagger On one channel tonight, we can watch the iconic side of the Bush presidency. In the risibly revisionist Showtime movie "DC 9/11: Time of Crisis," George W. Bush is Vin Diesel-tough as he battles terrorists. "If some tinhorn terrorist wants me, tell him to come get me," the fictional president fictionally snaps on Air Force One after the 9/ll attacks. "I'll just be waiting for the bastard."

What should the Dems say after Bush's speech? In short, Mr. President, what is there about your national security policy which has not utterly and completely failed this country? Both Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein remain missing. Iraq is in shambles, trapping half the US Army. Afghanistan facing a taliban resurgence. When will you admit you policies are failing and decide work with both the Congress and the UN to prevent an even greater tragedy.
