George Bush leads by omission and distortion Often we hear of great men in history who led by example. Don't look for the name George W. Bush to be among those standouts. He has revamped history, and is instead leading by omission and distortion. In looking up the meaning of omission it said, 'missing,' 'blank,' 'withholding,' and 'disregard.' When we look at headlines having to do with the Bush Administration, it is almost as if he and his cronies wrote the dictionary, or more specifically the meaning of the word 'omission.' Both 'blank' and 'missing' dominate the news right now.
