It does not matter whether The Human Experiments in Animal Disease Transference were Successful or not. One test on one human prisoner was a Violation of the terms of the Cease Fire.
It does not matter if the Missiles Violated their Range by Two Hundred Miles or Two Thousand Miles. One Mile was a Violation of the Terms of the Cease Fire.
When You Violate a Cease Fire, You Accept those Hostilities may Resume. The Cease Fire was Violated. Hostilities were Resumed.
