Please understand that legality and morality are not factors to be considered in the Bush/Cheney adminstration. They were very careful to exempt themselves from any accountablity in the World Court.
There was a time when the US, at least on the surface, made the attempt to set the standard for a respect for law. No more. Here's what they've done:
