Forty Acres and a Mule. Reparations.

The Debt: What America Owes to Blacks," which has become a bible of the reparations cause has came to a standstill. Still the politicians don’t want to look into our issues here. Rep. John Conyers, D-Mich., introduced legislation to set up a commission that would examine the impact of slavery as a foreordained prelude to some kind of legislated payback in the year 2000, here its already almost five years later and nothing has become of it.
In Chicago the City Council voted 46-1 in favor of a reparations resolution, Alderwoman Dorothy Tillman, announced she is going to organize a "national convention" to push the issue of reparations. Tillman articulated the argument for the existence of the debt this way: "America owes blacks a debt because when we built this country on free labor which was absolutely the truth. It’s not whites against blacks it’s the hundreds maybe the thousands of years before the "eventual United States" -- i.e., the government that is expected to pay the reparations. We now have black leaders to represent us.
How are the African-Americans whose comparable suffering lies in the distant past going to receive the payment claims from? Think about it! “We have shown all Americans how much African-Americans contributed to helping build this country when we were brought to this country as slaves.” But it wasn’t until 1965 that the United States enacted the Voting Rights Act that the government said we generosity and on contrition on the part of our political society let African-Americans in America vote. We had taken the back seat of the bus for too long and there is one simple solution.
According to our Constitution for the United States of America we have the right and been able to maintain a freeman, Sui Juris status, and in a perfectly legal manner. Also, African-Americans persons should not be required to file any income tax forms and we can defend our legal status as free and sovereign persons who want to completely separate themselves and their assets from control by the government.
That’s right our Constitution for the United States of America lets us correct our status with IRS, Social Security, and other government records to reflect your true and proper status as a "nonresident alien", a "nontaxpayer", and a "non-citizen national" or "state national" under 8 U.S.C. §1452 and 8 U.S.C. §1101(a)(22)(B).
The government is not looking to give us anything that will repay the African-Americans for the debt that this country owes the African-Americans. As we labor and according to the Constitution for the United States of America "nonresident alien", a "nontaxpayer", and a "non-citizen national" or "state national" are not required to pay withholding on your earnings from labor. Besides this being an instant raise on our take home pay and according to the Treasury and IRS, they reveal why Subtitle A of the Internal Revenue Code does not require the average American to pay "tax" to the federal government and the IRS. But government still illegally enforces their revenue laws on the African-Americans society. So no matter where we work our gross pay is ours. I see this as a great way of reparations without us having to wait for payment and the government does not have to write a check.
So you say this is a good start, I like to start taking home all the money I make, how I do it. We start by contacting all the senators and congressmen/woman, alderman/woman, democratic and republican representatives in our area. We communicate with our churches, neighborhood resources. We get our bill put into effect by the senate and we push the issue until it is passed. We vote for the politicians we want to represent us, and this is one issue we enforce them to expedite.
Until we all come together on this bill we have to support our brothers and sisters who do not have access to the internet or who are not aware of this proposal to support this goal.
Personally I think it will work.
