"Incontrovertible link" eh Blair?

Which prosecutor gets an "incontrovertible link" between an accused and a crime, keeps it hidden and simply tells the Judge that he has 'seen' it? If this type of evidence is available then he presents it.

America should note that 'evidence' of this magnitude is not to be kept private while they lobby for world support in their effort to capture Bin Laden. If they want the jury (us public) to accept the case they are putting forward then the most sensible line would be for them to present their evidence in total.

Pakistan, who is their 'closest' ally in this 'war' against Bin Laden, is on the brink of a civil war, where one side is calling for the evidence of Bin Laden's involvement. One would believe that Pakistan is the best country for America to 'show' this 'evidence'. But, America has chosen to leave their ally to go into further civil unrest while they hold back this "incontrovertible link" (according to Blair).

Are American and British Leaders the only people who have the right to view this 'evidence'?

Are they saying that Pakistan and the rest of the world are too stupid to review this evidence and see the 'links'? Is this a new version of "The Weakest Link" where American and British leaders have declared themselves the winners before even playing the game? They are continuing with the very arrogance that got them here in the first place.

This is the reason I would prefer that an International court address this issue as in such a court there would be full disclosure where they would have to submit all evidence so that it can be properly examined by all sides. We should not go along with American and British leaders being the sole Judge and executioners in any matter especially a matter of such international magnitude.

Given the history of the arrogance of American leaders, if there was conclusive evidence they would have provided it in bright living color, via the media that they so expertly control. There would have been Graphs, Time-Lines, Computer Generated Graphics, Sworn Statements, and Experts giving evidence. However, the manufacturing stage of any item takes time and time is what they are buying now with their words. The 'long and continuous war' they speak of is just a way of stalling to prepare/manufacture and present the 'evidence' they claim they have.

While I know we are not dealing with a court of law, one would expect lawful principles be applied to a proceeding of this magnitude to ensure more people are not victimized. Creating more victims anywhere else in the world would inevitable lead to more American victims.

Blair, you are the weakest link, goodbye!
